Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice and support across a broad spectrum of corporate and land matters. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor changes in legislation relevant to corporate and land operations.
• Identify, assess and manage legal risks, providing practical guidance to business units.
• Handle corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and shareholder communications.
• Liaise with government agencies, external counsel and other third parties.
• Support strategic initiatives by delivering legal input and ensuring alignment with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid license to practice.
• Proven experience in corporate law and land/property matters.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
