About the role

Globe is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice, manage the full contract lifecycle, and support the development of corporate legal strategies that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Offer legal guidance on a wide range of issues to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Administer contracts from initiation through negotiation, execution, renewal, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement legal strategies that support corporate goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, communicating legal insights and recommendations clearly.
• Address general legal matters across the organization, ensuring all considerations are properly managed.
• Contribute to drafting industry policy and exposure papers to aid regulatory compliance and advance organizational objectives.
• Track and report on legal KPI alignment with compliance and business goals.
• Assess contract protection effectiveness and recommend improvements based on post‑implementation evaluations.
• Manage special projects with internal and external counsel, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
• Analyze variance between actual and planned results, identifying corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
