Legal Advisor – Regulatory & Compliance

About the role
The Legal Advisor will work closely with the Financial Markets Segment (FMS) and Institutional Banking Group (IBG) to deliver high‑quality, timely regulatory and compliance support. This position blends technical legal expertise with commercial awareness to serve internal stakeholders across multiple product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on derivatives, loan syndication, credit structuring, collateral management and other banking products.
- Draft, revise, and review customer forms, agreements, product proposals, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with FMS, IBG, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support risk management activities and prepare related reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Legal Management or a related field.
- Qualified lawyer with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law practice.
- Experience in legal research, legal writing, and analysis of documents/forms.
