Leasing Officer – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Leasing Officer to manage our retail leasing portfolio in Mandaluyong City. The role involves overseeing the full leasing cycle, building strong client relationships, and supporting the financial and operational aspects of our retail properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end leasing processes for retail spaces, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Screen and evaluate potential tenants to ensure suitability and compliance.
• Set and monitor leasing targets in line with company objectives.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to encourage tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with financial reporting and operational activities related to leased properties.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail leasing or commercial property management is preferred.
