Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the development and execution of leasing strategies for a major mall located at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. This role focuses on maximizing tenant occupancy, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement leasing systems, strategies, and action plans aligned with corporate protocols and local regulations.
• Conceptualize and launch policies, projects, and procedures that boost tenant occupancy and improve mall performance.
• Analyze product and service mixes, advise management and tenants on construction requirements, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee the integration of sales and marketing functions to support tenant performance and achieve rental income targets.
• Maintain tenant satisfaction within the framework of mall management policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related business field.
• Proven experience in sales management, planning, and operations within a retail or real‑estate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong client relationship and tenant management capabilities.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
