About the role
The Lease Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Lease Department of a busy mall. You will ensure tenant documentation is accurate, help process lease transactions, and act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proper documentation of tenants and their transactions.
- Coordinate with tenants to address concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork.
- Update tenant records in the management system and ensure data integrity.
- Support the processing of rent payments, invoices, and related financial documents.
- Prepare periodic reports on lease activities and occupancy statistics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 0‑1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
