Learning Experience Manager

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of training programs that support its fast‑growing technology clients. You will partner closely with Operations to ensure training initiatives align with business requirements and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site‑wide training initiatives.
• Design and deliver campaign‑specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
• Create and maintain training materials that enhance task mastery and personal development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign‑specific training needs.
• Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes within the training function.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate training or learning programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations and other cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
