Learning Experience Leader (Batangas)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader for its Batangas site. The role will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that support end‑users, partners and distributors across the company’s product portfolio. You will create a positive learning environment and ensure that training aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through personal conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
• Create and deliver end‑user, partner and distributor curricula, training sessions and examinations for general preparatory courses.
• Provide technical preparatory training that meets basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Motivate trainees, manage projects and track progress to achieve learning objectives.
• Continuously improve existing training programs and develop new learning opportunities.
• Update and maintain training documentation, materials and content as a subject‑matter expert.
• Design and implement effective induction programs for new hires.
• Monitor trainee progress through questionnaires and collaborate with managers on performance.
