Learning & Development Specialist – Copywriting (Remote First)

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist – Copywriting designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that boost copywriting and creative communication skills across the organization. This remote‑first position works closely with copywriters and related teams to ensure learning aligns with brand voice and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop instructional materials, learning paths, and digital learning initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions for copywriters and creative teams.
• Ensure all training content adheres to brand voice, quality standards, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and update programs based on feedback and data.
• Support ongoing professional development and career growth for team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs for copywriting or creative teams.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to guide individual and team performance.
• Background in copywriting or content creation, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office tools; LMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote‑first environment and accommodate night‑shift schedules.
