Learning & Development Coach

About the role

The Learning & Development Coach drives leadership development initiatives, enhances coaching effectiveness, and supports organizational performance. The role blends facilitation, quality assurance, and project leadership to build a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual leadership development programs and workshops on coaching, communication, emotional intelligence, performance management and core leadership skills.
• Review recorded coaching sessions, assess quality against established criteria, provide feedback to leaders and calibrate scoring with peers.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, mentor managers and SMEs, and model best‑practice coaching techniques.
• Lead assigned L&D projects from planning through execution, develop timelines, deliverables and communication plans, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Quality and Training teams.
• Analyze coaching and training data, identify trends, recommend program improvements and update learning materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 1‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or coaching roles.
