Learning Delivery Specialist – Training & Development

About the role

As a Learning Delivery Specialist II at Alorica Teleservices, you will design, deliver, and evaluate language‑focused training programs that enhance employee communication skills and support overall business performance. You will work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure training aligns with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct language skills support, accent neutralization, and other language training as part of new‑hire onboarding.
• Create, enhance, and facilitate ongoing courses within the company’s University, targeting leadership competencies and specialized tools.
• Assess language usage of employees needing additional support and develop tailored action plans.
• Plan, organize, and deliver language‑support activities to improve English communication on the call floor.
• Coordinate with Operations, Leadership Development supervisors, and managers to provide timely language assistance.
• Support language incentive programs and track progress, reporting results to management.
• Provide feedback on training effectiveness and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Liberal Arts, Linguistics, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in training and development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
