Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

The Lead Generation Specialist works from home as an Outbound Concierge Specialist, contacting consumers who have submitted service inquiries through various online lead‑generation platforms. The role is the first human touchpoint, verifying needs, qualifying prospects and connecting them with appropriate service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Make timely outbound calls to new leads to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Build trust and rapport during initial conversations while delivering a consultative experience.
• Verify consumer contact information, service requirements and intent.
• Complete all required Lead Qualification Questions and apply campaign guidelines.
• Handle objections, address consumer concerns and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, outbound calling, tele‑sales, lead qualification or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
