Lead Generation Executive

About the role

The Lead Generation Executive will support Jobstreet Philippines’ revenue growth by actively engaging companies that express interest in hiring through our platform. You will be the first point of contact, introducing our services and nurturing relationships to convert interest into active job postings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential client companies using inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Present Jobstreet’s hiring solutions and demonstrate platform benefits.
• Qualify prospects, schedule demos, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or B2B sales processes.
