Lead Communication Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a highly articulate and engaging learning professional to join our Talent Development team as a Lead Communication Trainer. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and facilitation skills and a passion for developing people through effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs and training materials.
• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual training sessions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Coach and mentor learners to improve performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and support business objectives.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies to support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, coaching sessions, or classroom instruction.
• Experience designing or developing training materials, curriculum, lesson plans, or learning content.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in communication, accent, English language, or soft‑skills training.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
