Lawyer – Full-time On-site Position in Taguig

PRESLaw Firm is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Lawyer to join its Taguig office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to both domestic and international clients, handling a wide range of matters from document preparation to courtroom representation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents across various practice areas.
• Provide professional legal advice to clients on substantive issues.
• Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to deliver effective legal solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited law school with a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and interpretive skills for legal documents.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in providing legal advice across multiple fields.
• Experience representing clients in court, negotiations, or administrative settings.
• Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Prior experience in corporate or litigation practice is an advantage.
