Lawyer – Business, Labor & Intellectual Property

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lawyer to join our Quezon City office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation across business, labor, taxation and intellectual property matters, supporting both corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Prepare pleadings, motions and other court or tribunal filings.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings.
• Advise clients on compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear, analytical written opinions.

Required profile

• Bar‑passer with expertise in Business Law, Labor Law and Commercial Law.
• Proven ability to handle litigation and arbitration matters.
• Strong research, analytical and legal writing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
