Late Collections Trainer (Bacolod)

About the role

Home Credit Philippines is looking for a Late Collections Trainer to coach field employees on late‑stage collection techniques. You will work directly in the field, delivering hands‑on training, creating materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and guide employees on‑site to improve collection performance.
• Design, deliver and customise training programs for real‑world settings.
• Assess trainee skill levels, monitor progress and adjust methods as needed.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes, maintain attendance and performance records.
• Promote safety and compliance, ensuring trainees follow relevant protocols.
• Facilitate product knowledge up‑skilling and cross‑skilling.
• Create communication materials and collaborate with other departments to align training efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar training or collection role.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong commitment to developing others and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with good decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Tagalog and one local dialect.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila or assigned field areas.
