Land Securement Assistant and Admin

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Land Securement Assistant and Administrator to support land acquisition and securement activities for renewable energy projects in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a critical phase of project development within a fast‑growing Southeast Asian portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Follow company standards, guidelines, and procedures for acquiring land rights, perpetual easements, and relocation agreements.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and reporting on affected properties, landowners, tenants, and on‑site improvements such as crops, trees, and structures.
• Prepare and complete required documentation for land acquisition processes.
• Generate payment requests for rental, RCI, housing structures, and other claims, and support the execution of related agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely land securement activities.

Required profile

• Interest in renewable energy, stakeholder engagement, and land acquisition.
• Entry‑level or recent graduate ready to develop a career in the sector.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bulalacao during the pre‑development phase.
