Laboratory Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Laboratory Assistant to support our chemists and microbiologists in everyday laboratory activities. The role is based in San Fernando, Pampanga, and offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment focused on food and beverage quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chemists and microbiologists with routine laboratory procedures.
• Perform sampling of raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct beer taste tests to evaluate flavor profiles.
• Maintain laboratory sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and scientific staff accurately.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of laboratory safety and hygiene practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis in an onsite laboratory.
