L2 Server Administrator – BMC & SCCM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 System Administrator to manage enterprise endpoint management, OS deployment, patching, and server automation in our Taguig office. The role focuses on BMC Client Management, BMC TrueSight Server Automation, and Microsoft SCCM/MECM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain BMC Client Management infrastructure, including BCM Master, Relay, and Agent components.
• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) sites, distribution points, and software update points.
• Deploy operating systems, software packages, and security patches across Windows servers and workstations.
• Develop and run automation scripts (PowerShell, batch, shell) for deployment, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Act as L2 escalation point, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate incident resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale enterprise environments handling endpoint management and server automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure during critical outages.
• Familiarity with change management processes and SLA compliance.
