L2 Desktop Support Engineer – Philippines

About the role

Excis is seeking a proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to deliver both onsite and remote technical assistance to its enterprise users in the Philippines. You will ensure a seamless end‑user experience by troubleshooting hardware, software and cloud‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Windows 365 and related peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and VPN connectivity.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts and incident documentation in accordance with service‑level expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to resolve complex issues, support office moves and equipment deployments.
• Create and update knowledge articles and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support or End‑User Computing.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows 365 and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and supporting iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.
• Familiarity with VPNs, remote connectivity, user account administration and IT asset management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is a plus.
