L2 Active Directory Engineer – Hybrid (Philippines)

About the role

Directio is a global IT services firm seeking a Level 2 Active Directory Engineer for a French eyewear client. The role supports, implements, monitors and administers the client’s ISS infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support, implement, monitor and administer Active Directory and related ISS services in line with Tech Services and IT Security directives.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and governance requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and third‑party support teams.
• Manage local IT inventory, maintenance activities and end‑user devices.
• Participate in emerging projects, providing technical expertise and acting as a liaison.
• Report on administration activities, operational issues and project progress to team leaders.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures and support materials.
• Follow training plans and complete mandatory training programs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of system administration and troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote).

What we offer

• Salary of ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 per month
