Knowledge Management Business Partner – APAC

About the role

Moog is seeking a Knowledge Management Business Partner for the Asia‑Pacific region, based in Baguio City, Philippines. You will drive knowledge‑management initiatives across all Moog business units, ensuring critical expertise is captured, stored and shared to boost operational excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead a regional KM support team to execute projects and process implementations aligned with corporate priorities.
• Form and chair regional steering committees, linking Operations and HR teams.
• Develop and implement 1‑3‑year KM strategies to close knowledge gaps and embed KM practices.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and disseminate critical process and product knowledge.
• Partner with regional leaders to sustain KM initiatives in line with Moog global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership experience, including coaching high‑performing teams.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 compliance.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage organizational change.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a track record of strategy execution.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
