Key Accounts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Accounts Specialist to build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers across modern trade channels and other distribution networks. The role involves managing key supermarkets, ensuring excellent execution of in‑store programs and achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong business ties with existing and new customers in modern trade and other distribution networks.
• Maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders of assigned accounts.
• Manage key supermarkets to drive execution of in‑store programs and meet sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, negotiate with retailers, and ensure product visibility and availability.

Required profile

• College graduate in any business discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of selling experience in Modern Trade within the FMCG sector.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Licensed driver with willingness to perform field work.
