Key Account Representative

About the role

The Key Account Representative will be responsible for growing new business and deepening relationships with existing key accounts in the food sector. You will work to achieve sales targets, manage credit terms and increase market share within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new accounts while expanding sales with current customers.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts, conduct visits, and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Present product proposals and develop in‑store promotions to accelerate product movement.
• Monitor service level, PO deliveries, sell‑in and sell‑out performance, and track competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly account reports and keep the Key Account Management system up‑to‑date.
• Design and execute a coverage plan that ensures appropriate call frequency for all accounts in the territory.

Required profile

• College graduate with a degree in Business Management, Finance or Marketing.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing Modern Trade accounts in the food category, preferably frozen or dairy products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills to spot opportunities.
• Proven negotiation capability for pricing, terms and agreements.
