Key Account Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Brink's Philippines as a Key Account Manager. In this full‑time position you will manage and grow key client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery and drive business growth within the Banking & Financial Services segment. The role is based in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and monitor performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract management for cash‑management services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless cash‑in‑transit, ATM managed services and related solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in key account, sales or relationship management, preferably in cash‑management, CIT, ATM services or banking.
• Proven experience in contract management, SLA monitoring and commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of ATM monitoring systems and cash‑management platforms is an advantage.
