Key Account Manager

About the role

RISE is looking for a senior Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth across its Top 1000 Corporations segment in the Philippines. You will be responsible for winning new enterprise accounts, expanding existing relationships, and acting as the customer’s advocate within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and win new accounts within the Top 1000 Corporations segment.
• Grow and diversify revenue within the assigned portfolio of existing accounts.
• Penetrate competitor‑held accounts and develop targeted acquisition campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in target accounts.
• Develop business cases and coordinate with Network Engineering for network expansion priorities.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Billing, etc.) for account‑related matters.
• Create and execute account action plans and sales strategies for the broader sales team.
• Lead or participate in customer acquisition projects focused on specific buildings, verticals, or market segments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B or enterprise account management, business development, or sales experience.
• Proven track record managing or acquiring accounts within large corporations.
• Experience in telecommunications, ISP, or a related industry.
• Tertiary‑level education or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
