Key Account Manager – Fashion

About the role

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) you will drive growth for a portfolio of fashion sellers on the Lazada platform. You will act as a trusted partner, combining operational excellence with strategic insight to boost sales, orders and buyer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall business performance of assigned sellers and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies to expand assortment, increase visibility and improve conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance and campaigns to meet growth targets and ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Lead negotiations, manage relationships and coordinate the rollout of platform tools and campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and advise sellers on performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, sales, account management, retail or business development.
• Proven track record of delivering results, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to navigate changing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth‑learning attitude.

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
