Key Account Executive - Food Ingredients

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Key Account Executive to join a leading food ingredients company. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with key players in the QSR, foodservice, and food manufacturing sectors across the CALABARZON region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers in QSR, foodservice, food processors, manufacturers, and related industries.
• Achieve sales volume, revenue, and gross‑margin targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to identify opportunities, provide product recommendations, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with R&D to facilitate product presentations, ideation sessions, sample requests, and trials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and deliver market insights for business planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, support, and overall client satisfaction.
• Manage customer inquiries, pricing requests, documentation, and account receivables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in food ingredients.
• Experience handling QSR, foodservice, food manufacturing, distribution, or HORECA accounts is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within CALABARZON.
