Junior SEO Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Junior SEO Specialist to join our in‑house Organic Marketing team. The role is fully remote and supports more than 30 e‑commerce market sites, working closely with content, IT and senior SEO leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ship technical SEO tickets, including schema markup, hreflang fixes, sitemap, canonical, robots.txt and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Implement on‑page SEO across all country sites – title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and content refreshes.
• Conduct keyword research, build keyword portfolios and support content briefing for localisation.
• Support AI‑driven search visibility by maintaining structured data and monitoring SGE/LLM results.
• Run outreach campaigns to earn quality backlinks and monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors and ranking issues.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in e‑commerce or an agency environment.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to ship weekly and see direct impact.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with IT, content and senior SEO strategists.
