Junior SAP Basis Administrator (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SAP Basis Administrator to join the IT team of BAUER Foundations Philippines in Quezon City. The role focuses on monitoring and supporting both on‑premise SAP environments and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support SAP on‑premise and SAP BTP landscapes, including system availability, performance, interfaces and scheduled jobs.
• Perform SAP Basis administration tasks such as user and client management, transport handling, job and spool monitoring, and SAP Notes implementation.
• Administer SAP BTP sub‑accounts, services and technical configurations, and respond to cloud alerts and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and monitoring guides.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to analyse incidents, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement of SAP services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• First practical experience in SAP Basis administration gained through a junior role, internship, apprenticeship or relevant projects.
• Good knowledge of SAP Basis fundamentals, system landscapes, transports, background jobs and user administration.
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and preferably SAP HANA databases.
• Basic exposure to cloud technologies, ideally SAP BTP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
