About the role

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to assist in building and maintaining our internal web systems, including IMS, HRIS, and TMS. The position is based in the Philippines and offers the chance to work under senior developers, gaining hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of internal applications.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Provide database support and write queries for PostgreSQL.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features.
Assist in system documentation and regular maintenance tasks under senior guidance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Eagerness to learn and work with internal systems.
Team player with good problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
