Junior Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Strategist you will design, launch and optimise performance‑driven campaigns for multiple brands, each targeting distinct customer segments. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to translate objectives into data‑rich media plans across a variety of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital media plans tailored to each brand’s target market and business goals.
• Manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring spend aligns with performance targets.
• Identify and track key performance indicators across the consumer journey and optimise campaigns to exceed them.
• Negotiate with third‑party digital partners, stay updated on platform innovations and test new opportunities.
• Analyse paid‑media results, calculate ROI, cost and other metrics, and produce performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define business questions, build and scale campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads (including Collaborative Ads, Reach & Frequency, Auction Ads, Meta Pixel).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with Lazada or Shopee Sponsored Solutions and Seller Center.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads formats such as In‑Feed, Affiliate and Livestreams.
• Strong project‑management abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
