Junior Digital Marketing Manager (Remote, Sydney Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, and website optimisation. This remote position works on Sydney business hours and offers hands‑on experience across multiple channels while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Community Management & Organic Social (20%): monitor and respond to comments and messages, maintain brand voice, schedule and publish content, track engagement metrics and report performance.
• Paid Media Support – Search & Social (40%): assist in setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads, Meta and TikTok campaigns, monitor budgets and performance, conduct A/B tests, research creators/influencers and prepare campaign insights.
• Website Optimisation – SEO & CRO (40%): support keyword research, on‑page SEO, content updates, monitor site performance via Google Search Console and GA4, help optimise landing pages and conversion funnels, coordinate website experiments and report organic traffic.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Basic hands‑on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Strong written communication and ability to engage with online communities.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
