Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Benefit Plan Administration team supporting clients in the Asia‑Pacific region. The role involves processing payroll and benefit data, performing analysis in Excel and ensuring accurate delivery of information to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll and provider processing, applying Excel formulas for data analysis.
• Process new‑joiner information and maintain benefit enrolment data.
• Respond to mailbox inquiries and resolve queries using the internal system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, identify service improvements and meet SLA deadlines.
• Assist with complex projects such as annual scheme renewals and policy renewal activities.
• Provide professional client service, communicate via email and phone, and support administrative onboarding of new clients.
• Liaise with internal processing teams to validate and clean enrolment and eligibility data.
• Follow regulatory procedures of the originating country and attend training to stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a data analyst with strong numerical acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and self‑starter attitude.
• Client‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
