Junior Business Development Manager (Tacloban)

About the role

RedDoorz is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to drive partnership growth in the Tacloban/Leyte region. You will be responsible for identifying new hotel and property owners, building relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify leads and secure partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operations.
• Engage and nurture client relationships while maintaining existing business ties.
• Prepare sales materials, including proposals and contracts.
• Deliver sales pitches and presentations to consistently meet or exceed quota targets.
• Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Apply critical thinking during planning phases to ensure project success.
• Cultivate new leads and expand potential partnerships with hotel and property owners.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
• Good understanding of market trends and a compelling sales personality.
• Strong desire to chase and close new business.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of industry‑related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused, goal‑oriented, and based in the Tacloban/Leyte region.
