About the role
The Junior Auditor will support LifeBank Microfinance Foundation’s audit function by executing audit procedures aligned with the approved audit plan. Working closely with senior audit staff, the role involves gathering evidence, preparing working papers, and delivering preliminary observations that help ensure compliance and add value to the organization’s financial oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit tests in accordance with the audit plan and relevant standards.
- Collect, evaluate, and document reliable evidence to support audit findings.
- Prepare comprehensive working papers and draft preliminary observations.
- Identify key issues and recommend actionable improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for management.
- Travel to field locations as required to conduct on‑site audit activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel to audit sites.
