Junior Architect – Retail Store Projects

About the role

The Junior Architect will support the planning, design, and implementation of Wilcon store branches and related projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in architectural drafting, site coordination, and construction monitoring within a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, and technical documents for new stores, renovations, and site evaluations.
• Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support compliance with company standards, building codes, project schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in obtaining approvals, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring construction progress on‑site.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Architecture.
• Knowledgeable in basic SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably experienced in architecture and engineering from design to construction, though not mandatory.
• Willing to be assigned to the Libis area of Quezon City.
