Junior Application Analyst – Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Junior Application Analyst to support a French eyewear client. The role focuses on financial and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and smooth business operations in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support users in resolving issues related to financial and reporting tools, maintaining business continuity.
• Validate monthly sales data, investigate inconsistencies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs.
• Maintain and update master data such as customers, products, and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for deeper technical investigations and escalations.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, issue resolutions, and operational activities.
• Participate in testing activities for system changes and enhancements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or internship in business systems, reporting, or data processes.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa; 2 days remote).
• Proficiency with Excel for data handling and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

What we offer

• Salary: PHP 35,000 – 45,000 per month.
• Monthly transportation allowance of PHP 4,000 and de minimis allowance of PHP 3,600.
