Junior Aeronautical Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Aeronautical Technical Support Specialist who will provide expert assistance to customers on the interpretation and application of Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) for aircraft. The role combines technical knowledge of aeronautical structures with strong client‑facing support.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and explain SRM documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver specialized technical support on structural repair procedures.
• Manage and maintain technical information related to aeronautical repairs.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support or engineering role.
• English proficiency of at least B2 (C1 preferred).
• Experience in the aerospace or space sector is a strong plus.
