Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Junior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of distributor accounts. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and helping clients bring their branding ideas to life. This role offers a fast‑paced environment where you can develop a solid foundation in B2B sales and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a personal portfolio of distributor accounts.
• Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Provide proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Guide clients from initial enquiry through final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and freight partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase account engagement and revenue.
• Resolve client issues professionally and confidently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account management or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confident handling of challenging conversations across multiple channels.
• Empathetic, proactive, and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Experience with B2B sales, promotional products, or branding is a plus.

• CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
