IT Technician – Electronics, Hardware & Network

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our sorting centre in Bustos, Bulacan. The role combines electronics, hardware and network troubleshooting to keep the automated warehouse running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimise downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to checklists across designated sites.
• Diagnose faults, carry out minor repairs and adjust equipment, machines and network hardware.
• Clean, lubricate and service mechanical and electronic components as required.
• Assist the technician lead with any additional tasks related to operations.

Required profile

• NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Building and Wiring (or equivalent Mechatronics diploma/bachelor’s degree).
• 2–3 years of experience in an automated warehouse, manufacturing facility or logistics environment.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical, mechanical and electronic systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC‑controlled equipment.
• Licensed Master Electrician is a plus.
