IT Systems & Support Specialist (Project-Based)

About the role

The IT Systems & Support Specialist will join Goway Travel’s IT team to deliver end‑user technology services, manage device deployment initiatives and support migration projects. This is a full‑time, project‑based position working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users across the organization.
• Assist with the planning, configuration, and rollout of new hardware and software devices.
• Support migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery processes.
