IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to provide first‑line support and maintain our diverse IT environment. The role involves handling user requests, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets via phone, email, chat, and web forms.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
• Maintain servers, storage solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Document all service requests accurately in internal tracking tools.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in professional English.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
