IT System Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Assistant to join First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. The successful candidate will support the company’s IT infrastructure and automation initiatives, ensuring reliable operation of systems and assisting the team with documentation and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and networks.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and automation issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent coursework.
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with at least six months of IT‑related experience are also welcome.
• Experience in technical documentation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) – strong advantage.
