IT Support Technician

About the role

3Cloud is looking for an IT Support Technician to join a collaborative team that tackles tough technical problems and delivers outstanding service to clients and internal users. You will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of office technology needs, from workstation issues to network troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for door access systems, workstations, CCTV, network/Wi‑Fi, Teams Room equipment and printers.
• Assist visitors, executives, clients and trainees with technology queries and equipment setup.
• Manage laptop onboarding/off‑boarding, coordinate deliveries, reformat devices and maintain the IT inventory room.
• Enroll devices via Autopilot in Microsoft Intune and ensure proper configuration.
• Handle password and MFA reset tickets for GDC users and escalate unresolved issues to the Business Systems Team.
• Support executive, client and training visits and safeguard high‑value equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, On‑site or Technical Support.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
• Motivated, receptive to feedback and trustworthy with equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry 5‑15 kg of IT hardware.
