IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable technical assistance to our employees and ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, hardware, software, and networks across our office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using the ticketing system within SLA targets.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Active Directory/Azure AD.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and perform regular system updates, patches, and software installations.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk, or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi networking
• Ticketing systems and remote support tools
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL (preferred)
• Cloud environments and collaboration tools
• Cybersecurity best practices, network switches, firewalls, VMware, servers
