IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations for both onsite and remote users. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, maintaining systems and helping employees stay productive with reliable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Maintain and update IT hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
• Manage onboarding tasks such as equipment setup, user accounts, and training.
• Monitor system performance and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and SOP compliance.
• Support regional IT initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT support or user‑support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as Ping, Nslookup and PuTTY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation and training skills.
