IT Support & Security Specialist

About the role

FusionNode Inc. is looking for a detail‑oriented IT Support & Security Specialist to join its growing team in Malvar, Batangas. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensure the security and reliability of our IT environment, and support both internal users and Pearson VUE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners and other equipment.
• Provision new‑hire devices, Microsoft 365 accounts and system credentials.
• Monitor network connectivity, system performance and endpoint security to maintain optimal availability.
• Enforce IT security policies, access controls and endpoint protection measures.
• Coordinate with external vendors for escalations or specialized support.
• Document issues, resolutions, asset information and system configurations.
• Train new hires on company systems, applications and security policies.
• Handle employee off‑boarding: recover assets, disable accounts and revoke access.
• Maintain IT inventory, track hardware and software licenses.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, internal audits and risk‑treatment activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Technical proficiency with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Commitment to security best practices and policy enforcement.
