About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support professional to join our team in Malate, Metro Manila. You will work with Microsoft 365 and a variety of IT technologies, gaining hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance while contributing to a supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support to end‑users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Maintain and inventory IT equipment and assets.
• Ensure timely resolution of user requests and incidents.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and related technology tasks.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior candidate with a genuine interest in technology.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365
• Basic troubleshooting of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with common office hardware such as PCs, printers and peripherals
